This help page should clear up some concerns regarding All You Need Is Green website use. If something seems unclear or you have any questions, please email us and we will correct it.

How to place an order?
1. Add meals to your basket (How to add meal(s) to the basket?)

2. Log in (How to log in?)

3. Go to "basket" page.

4. Review your order in the basket page and click the CHECKOUT button (How to review your basket contents?)

5. You will be redirected to the PayPal website, where you may use your PayPal account, or credit card if you don't have a PayPal account, to pay for ordered meal(s). You don't have to use the same email for logging in to the PayPal account as you use for your All You Need Is Green account. Your order confirmation will be sent to your All You Need Is Green email address.

6. After payment you will be redirected back to the All You Need Is Green website where your transaction ID number will be displayed.
How to add meal(s) to the basket?
1. Select a day on the right-hand navigation panel.

2. Type numbers of regular and/or large meals and/or party packages.

3. Click the "ADD TO BASKET" button.

or

1. Click "WEEKLY P." link on the right-hand navigation panel.

2. Type numbers of weekly packages.

3. Click the "ADD TO BASKET" button.

or

1. Click "CALENDAR" link on the right-hand navigation panel.

2. Navigating through calendar.

Calendar cells from Monday to Saturday:

Left part of calendar cells controls regular meals, the middle part controls large meals and the right one is for Party Packages. When you hover with your mouse pointer over the calendar cell area, arrows and labels (R for regular, L for large and P for party package) will appear.

  • Left arrow pointing up will increase regular meals number, left arrow pointing down will decrease regular meals number.
  • The middle arrow pointing up will increase large meals number, the middle arrow pointing down will decrease large meals number.
  • Right arrow pointing up will increase Party Packages number, right arrow pointing down will decrease Party Packages number.


  • Calendar cells for Sundays:

    The middle part of calendar cells controls Weekly Packages. When you hover with your mouse pointer over the calendar cell area, arrows and label (W for weekly package) will appear.

  • The middle arrow pointing up will increase Weekly Packages number, the middle arrow pointing down will decrease Weekly Packages number.


  • All calendar cells:

  • Hold the SHIFT key while clicking on arrows to increase the increment to 10 meals/party packages/weekly packages.
  • Hold the ""d"" key while clicking on any part of the calendar cell to delete all meals/party packages in the day.


  • Click the ""NEXT"" button to go to the next month.

    3. Click the "SAVE & EXIT" button in order to save the basket contents.


    The website's basket doesn't allow you to order food on the same day as its delivery date. We implemented this limitation to prevent unexpected orders that we could not deliver on the same day (due to precise planning to avoid wasting food).
    How to review your basket contents?
    Click "BASKET" link on the left-hand navigation panel.

    Every entry (day) has two columns for "regular" and "large" meal quantities.

    To change your basket contents or review it in calendar format click the "EDIT BASKET" button.

    To empty your basket click "EMPTY BASKET" button.

    Delivery time/comments field will be visible after logging in. There you may enter any comment regarding your purchase, e.g.: desired delivery time, special requirements regarding the meals ordered, etc.
    How to log in?
    1. Click "LOG IN" link on the left-hand navigation panel.

    2. Type your user ID. The user ID is your email address that your entered when registering your All You Need Is Green account.

    3. Type your password.

    4. Press "LOG IN" button.

    If you are not a registered user then click "register" link to go to registration page (How to register an account)
    How to register an account?
    1. Click "LOG IN" link on the left-hand navigation panel.

    2. Click "register" link.

    3. Type your:
  • email address; this will be your user ID that you use for logging in
  • password
  • your name
  • phone number
  • address
  • select your city/neighborhood
  • zip code


  • The address you type should be your basic delivery address. You will be able to edit this address after registering and enter/edit/delete new addresses. You will also be able to edit your password, name and phone number (and add two more). You will not be able to change your email address. Should you ever need to do it, please contact our webmaster.

    4. Press "SUBMIT" button.

    5. A message will be sent to your mailbox. Check it and click the link in message to confirm your email address. From now on you may log in to our website.
    How to edit your basic account info?
    1. Log in first (How to log in)

    2. Click "MY ACCOUNT" link on the left-hand navigation panel.

    3. Click "EDIT MY BASIC ACCOUNT INFO" link.

    4. Edit:
  • your name
  • phone number


  • 5. You may add:
  • phone number 2
  • phone number 3


  • 6. Click "SAVE" button.
    How to edit your addresses?
    1. Log in first (How to log in)

    2. Click "MY ACCOUNT" link on the left-hand navigation panel.

    3. Click "EDIT MY ADDRESSES" link.

    4. If you have only one address for your account then you may "EDIT" it or "ADD A NEW ADDRESS".

    If you have two or more addresses for your account then you may "REMOVE" or "EDIT" one of them or "ADD A NEW ADDRESS".


    5.1 If you clicked "EDIT" then you will go to "Address edit" page.

    5.2 You may edit:
  • address
  • city/neighborhood
  • zip code
  • business address checkbox
  • directions (optional field for entering directions if your delivery place is hard to find or requires special procedures to get there, like a pass in an office building, entry code, etc.)


  • 5.3 Click "SAVE" button to save the changes.


    6.1 If you clicked "ADD A NEW ADDRESS" then you will go to "Add a new address" page.

    6.2 Type:
  • address
  • city/neighborhood
  • zip code
  • business address checkbox
  • directions (optional field for entering directions if your delivery place is hard to find or requires special procedures to get there, like a pass in an office building, entry code, etc.)


  • 6.3 Click "SAVE" button to save new address.


    7.1 If you clicked "REMOVE" then you will be asked for confirmation of your address removal.
    How to change your password?
    1. Log in first (How to log in)

    2. Click "MY ACCOUNT" link on the left-hand navigation panel.

    3. Click "CHANGE PASSWORD" link.

    4. Type your:
  • current password
  • new password
  • retype your new password


  • 5. Click "SAVE" button.
    How to send an invitation?
    1. Log in first (How to log in)

    2. Click "MY ACCOUNT" link on the left-hand navigation panel.

    3. Click "SEND AN INVITATION" link.

    4. Type:
  • your friend's email address
  • subject (optional)
  • message (message with registration link will be generated by our website and appended to your message)
  • your email address (if the one you use for logging in to our website may look unfamiliar to your friend)
  • your name (if the one you use for your All You Need Is Green account may look unfamiliar to your friend)


  • 5. Click the "SEND" button.

    If an error occurs, follow the directions on the screen.
    How the Reward System works?
    The Reward System will give you free meals for purchases made by users who registered after you sent them an invitation to register at our website.

    You must be a registered user to use this system. If you are not a registered user then click the "register" link to go to the registration page (How to register an account).

    First you have to send an invitation to your friend(s) (How to send an invitation).

    Your friend you send the invitation to HAS to register using the link in the message in order to become a member of your Reward System. If (s)he registers without using this link her/his purchases will NOT give you any free meals, because (s)he will not be a member of your Reward System.

    You will be rewarded 1 free regular meal for every 10 regular meals purchased by member(s) of your Reward System.

    You will be rewarded 1 free regular meal for every Party Package purchased by member(s) of your Reward System.

    You will be rewarded 1 free large meal for every 10 large meals purchased by member(s) of your Reward System.

    Members of your Reward System are not required to buy the 10 meals (or Party Package) by a certain date or on a specific day. Even if they buy meals periodically, after EVERY 10 purchased meals of the same size you will get 1 free meal of that size.

    Every time you are rewarded with a free meal(s) you will get an email "Rewarded free meals update" from our website.

    You will be able to check the summary of your Reward System using the "REWARD SYSTEM SUMMARY" link on the "MY ACCOUNT" page.

    You may redeem your free meals any time you make a purchase.
    If all the meals in your purchase are Rewarded free meals , all you will pay is the delivery charge (except when delivered to a Free delivery zone when you will have nothing to pay).

    If you are already a member of another user's Reward System you still can have your own Reward System and any number of members whose purchases will give you free meals.
    How to order salt-free meals?
    Most of our dishes are available as salt-free. Exceptions are breads, pickles, casseroles, pates.

    To order salt-free meals, please specify this in the "delivery time/comments" text field on the basket page. You must order at least 5 salt free meals in one week (whether on the same day or over a number of days) to qualify for the salt-free option.
