Do you eat meat?
No.
Why don't you eat meat?
Because animals are sentient beings that feel pain, like humans. Besides that, a meatless diet has been proven to be healthier.
Where do you get your protein?
There's no problem with protein. Protein is abundant in legumes, nuts, grains, and flours, which mixed together provide protein amounts exceeding the required daily quota. On the other hand an excess of protein is a heavy load on the kidneys.
What about children, pregnant women and older people?
Any diet is healthy as long as you provide your body with all the necessary nutrients and protect it from harmful substances. Animal fat-related diseases, which are a plague of the 21st century, are almost nonexistent for vegan individuals. The plant kingdom contains all the vitamins our body needs. More and more often praised antioxidants are found in fruits and vegetables. Not in meat.
Then what do you eat?
We select dishes in our menus from our extensive database of over 250 tasty recipes from around the world.
So it's expensive, is it?
No. For a normal carry-out price you get quality gourmet healthy food.
Are all your meals totally vegetarian?
Yes. They are even more than that, because they are completely vegan.
Do you use soy products?
We consider soy products not a real solution to healthy eating. There is an abundance of other ingredients that can be used to greater effect. Eating too much soy may turn out in the future not to be the wisest choice.
What about calcium?
Greens and nuts are the best source of calcium: The calcium in vegetables is absorbed more easily by the body than the calcium in, for example, cheese. Osteoporosis rates are highest in countries which consume the highest amounts of dairy.
Do you use dairy products?
No. We do not use any products or byproducts from the animal kingdom.
Do you use honey?
No. We do not use any products or byproducts from the animal kingdom.
Do you use bone char refined sugar?
No. We use turbinado sugar and Indian jaggery. Both of these are produced without bone char filtering.
What about mono and diglycerides?
We do not use any ingredient with mono and diglycerides.
Why do you have different menus for every weekday?
